Our order cut-off time is 5:00PM from Monday to Friday.  If we experience a large order volume, deliveries may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone. We deliver throughout the United States.
 
Our orders are shipped during business hours from Monday to Friday. We mainly use USPS, FedEx or UPS to provide delivery services and after processing the order, we will send it to the transportation company and they will completely handle it. Product handling time will take 1-5 business days. You will be given a tracking number so that you can track your order.
 
Estimated time of arrival
 
Our standard estimated time of arrival is 1-4 business days, depending on where your items are shipped from. Multi-item orders may be shipped in different packages and may have different estimated arrival times.

Order tracking
 
You can track your order 24-72 hours after processing the order.
 
We provide a tracking page that can obtain information from all suppliers involved in delivering your package. You can also follow your order on the website of a specific logistics provider.

We are not responsible for sending replacement products due to the wrong address of the customer when placing the order. Please double check your address information and send us an email immediately after you find the discrepancy.
